Application description

With GeoMicro Mobiumâ„¢, your Gene 100 is transformed into an advanced Mobile Navigation System with turn-by-turn voice announcements and detailed driving directions. You can search over 15 million point of interests (POIs) - places like hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and other tourist attractions - then dial the POI`s phone number for reservations, hours of operation, or other information. With Mobiumâ„¢, you never need to be lost again!

Getting started couldn`t be easier. All you need is a Gene 100 Gene 100/PocketPC, or a Gene 100 Gene 100 with internet connectivity. Mobiumâ„¢ is downloaded over the air, and installed on the Gene 100. While the application works without GPS, we recommend using a GPS I/O Card or Bluetooth GPS Receiver to take advantage of the full power of Mobiumâ„¢.

Map Display & Navigation:

• See your locations on graphical maps with Lat/Long lines & ZIP Codes, and watch your movements as you go.
• Quickly get a map, address, phone number, airport, city or ZIP Code.
• Let Mobiumâ„¢ provide the turn-by-turn voice directions & street names, distance to destination, and estimated drive time.
• Driving directions can be viewed either as a detailed turn-by-turn directions list or graphically displayed on the map.
• Instant route feature allows users to quickly define starting point & end point of an arbitrary route and immediately obtain detailed turn-by-turn navigation.
• Instant Geo-Coding and Reverse Geo-Coding feature allows users to click on any point on the map and instantly retrieve its Address or Latitude/Longitude information.

• Quickly find lowest Gas Prices by fuel-grade/fuel-type locally or along your planned route. Lowest Gas Prices search results can be sorted by lowest price first, shortest distance first, or by a weighted combination of both
